Risk Assessment
With the risk of natural disasters, global crises, and other impactful events being top of mind for CEOs and HR Directors it’s important for organizations to understand their current resiliency level. We’ll identify your most likely and impactful threats, then let you know the opportunities you organization has to improve your ability to respond.
If you’re feeling…
unsure about what to do…
We’re sure there’s an event (or three) that keep you up at night as you lay wondering exactly how your organization would respond if the inevitable happened. We know that understanding your risk is critical in planning a preparedness process.
disorganized about the plan…
Whether you’ve started the process of risk management or need to start from scratch we’ll come in and assess what you’re working with right now. Disasters are not one-size-fits-all, and neither is disaster preparedness.
overwhelmed about how to start…
Our goal is to optimize efficiencies of any existing plans your organization already has and provide the support along the way with access to our team. We’ll identify your most likely and impactful threats, then let you know the opportunities you organization has to improve your ability to respond.
LET’S ASSESS
Do you know how your organization will handle an impactful event?
The Organizational Risk Assessment (ORA) includes an analysis of an organization’s risks as well as a detailed report of actionable steps to address those risks. The assessment covers all types of potential hazards including, but not limited to, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, etc.), threats of violence (active shooter, insider threats), and risks specific to the organization (both related to physical security and business continuity).
Swift and well-coordinated responses are critical to both maintaining business operations in challenging environments, and to ensuring life safety of employees, customers, and personnel involved with an organization.

Proactive Risk Management Strategies
Risk management has, perhaps, never been more important than it is right now. The risks modern organizations face have grown more complex with new risks constantly emerging. Climate change has been dubbed a "threat multiplier" by risk experts. As the world continues to reckon with COVID-19, companies are taking a fresh look at their risk management programs. They are reassessing their risk exposure and examining risk processes. Without the proper structure this can lead to a disorganized approach to risk management.
A Holistic Approach to Risk Management
Since disasters are not one-size-fits-all, then your risk management can’t be either. Our team starts with the Organizational Risk Assessment to get a framework for the most likely and impactful events your organization might face. We’ll also do an audit for the processes you might already have in place to see what other action plans need to be created for your organization to thrive.
